We ship orders quickly and with precision. Once your order is placed, we get to work.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates. Once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you don’t see it, check spam or promotions folders.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Additional shipping fees for re-delivery

Missing / Delayed Orders
If your package is delayed, first check the carrier tracking information.
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us. We’ll investigate.
We do not refund for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or uncontrollable events.
Lost Packages
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund your order.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Contact the carrier directly
After this, contact us and we’ll assist — but theft from your doorstep is outside our liability.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the damaged items swiftly.
