Once a product is opened, used, or unsealed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
This is non-negotiable, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with:

• Photos of the issue

We’ll verify the problem and fix it swiftly.

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Consumers in the United Kingdom have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it.
This applies only to unopened and sealed products.
Once a seal is broken, the right to cancel no longer applies.
